This is one of the most unique comics that I've read. Firstly the art is visually stunning some of the best illustrations I've seen. As for the story, the dialogue and exposition is kept to a minimum allowing the action to drive the narrative.
It has a very film noir feel to it infused with fantasy and SciFi. Val-Mar is definitely one of the best hidden gems I've come across.
The great art really enhanced the overall mood of story and the style of dialect made an old familiar story modern and relatable.
Long time fan of Grey Williamson and this product continues his march to greatness. Looking forward to the third installment.

Within these pages is an unfolding drama that is so easy to immerse ones self into because of Williamson's mastery of written and visual story telling. Once mastery is attained, new trends are set while mediocrity secures a place for verbose limitation. We are from greatness, and it is from being great that the massive monkey on our shoulders will no longer fine comfort there. I am looking for the proof from #GreyWilliamson that we need no one else's brand or creative invectives to speak for us.
